The 80 sqm apartment, suitable for 2-4 persons, is on the raised ground floor of the building, has a large living room with a couch that converts into a comfortable bed (160 x 200cm), TV and DVD player, also a dining table to accomodate 4 persons. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a refrigerator with freezer compartment). In the bathroom there is a bath, a shower, two wash basins and a hair dryer. The toilet is in a separate room. The bedroom is tastefully fitted out and has a double bed. Both the living room and bedroom have large windows and access to a large furnished balcony. The apartment offers wifi access. The building is situated on a lawned plot. Parking-place on the street in front of the house.
In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machine and clothes line. Pets on request.
